Who will you be meeting?

Hi, its great to meet you.

After receiving my honors degree in English at Lancaster University, I decided my calling lay elsewhere, and I completed a post graduate certificate in community education back in Scotland at the University of Strathclyde.

I cut my teeth providing support, counselling and groupwork, including CBT, for vulnerable young people and staff in various support units, youth forums and health centres.

During this time I continued with my own training, gaining my Counselling Skills Certificate (COSCA) and my BABCP recognised Diploma in Counselling and Groupwork, both through the Scottish Centre of Therapy and Counselling Studies.

I am currently a self employed practitioner working primarily with adult clients either self referred or via employer, using full range of therapeutic and counselling skills with CBT orientation.
