What services are on offer?
Individual Session
The body of evidence proving how effective therapy is continues to grow so much that counsellors now follow emergency services whenever an emergency happens. This has helped to shift the stigma that "only nutters need counselling" and now more and more people are starting to gain the benefit of this change. Therapy is now often referred to as "Life Coaching".
The power of therapy to help people to move forward has three main ingredients.

- ... all the training and the experience of "walking the walk", not just "talking the talk" over many years means I can offer a wide range of successful techniques to help with any difficulty we'll come across.

- ... the whole really can be greater than the sum of its parts. Two human beings each with their potential and flaws truly connecting can at times add something which is almost impossible to describe.
Group Therapy
This will usually follow one of two paths. Following individual counselling, you may wish to extend your learning into the arena of relationships and receive helpful feedback. Alternatively there may be a specific issue which several people have in common enabling the group to pool their resources and accelerate learning with the guidance of the therapist.
Group therapy provides a safe and unique opportunity to learn, grow and practice new skills alongside others which is, after all,the way most of us live our lives.
